What happens after I place an order?
WANT aims to provide you with the best and most shopper friendly web environment for your visit to our online shop. If you have any suggestions to further improve our site and your shopping experience please email us at want@want-uk.com.
After deciding and completing your purchase, you will be directed to our automated checkout process. Once completed, your order will be sent to us and you should receive an automated email confirming that you have correctly completed the shopping process. If for some reason you have not received this email, there might have been some mistake during the shopping process. If this is the case, please re-do your order and please be assured that if for some reason both orders come through, you will be contacted via phone or email to confirm.
Even though our checkout process is automatic but please note that all actual order processing is not automatic. For the sake and to further enhance security, all orders are processed manually. This ensures that no money is taken from you unless your goods are ready for delivery, this also enables us to pursue suspicious transactions and prevent credit card fraud for your benefit.
For cheque payments and bank transfers, please click on the button provided during the checkout process and download the order form provided. Please then follow the instructions provided on the form.
Once your order is received by us and payment is authorised, we will carefully package up your purchase and arrange for the fastest possible delivery to you or a delivery option of your choice.
We will only credit your account if your order is ready for delivery. If for whatever reason we do not have any or all of your order items in stock, we will attempt to notify you.
How can I pay and what credit cards do you take?
You can pay by credit card, cheque and bank transfer.
Please note that if you choose to pay by bank transfer or cheque, there will be a slight delay to your order as we wait for your bank transfer or cheque to clear.
For credit cards, we only accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta.
Please ensure that you are the owner of the card you are using or have express permission to use it.
We also accept PAYPAL payments, for PAYPAL orders, please email your full order list to want@want-uk.com . Once received we will send you a PAYPAL invoice to complete payment.

Returns
Change of Mind Cancellations
You can return your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days following the day you receive the goods by:
--- e-mailing us at want@want-uk.com if you ordered a product online. (subject or title line 'Returns') Please include your full contact details and details of the return.
For change of mind cancellations and returns, a re stocking fee of 20% of the original product price will be charged. Postage will not be refunded.
Postage back to us will not be covered.
Refunds will only be made after purchase is returned to us.
Your returned product must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used in any way. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
For all returns, a collection from you can be arranged at an extra charge.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
--- if you have used the product in any way.
--- any irreplaceable seal has been broken
--- the goods were a special order to your specification or specially ordered for you.
Whilst the goods are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
Faulty Goods
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product within 5 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange and offer a replacement. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
--- in otherwise 'as new' condition
--- complete with the original box and packaging, accessories and any free gifts offered with it.
As soon as a manufacturing fault is encountered please do not attempt any self-repair, stop use and immediately contact us at want@want-uk.com and title the email ' Faulty products'. Please include all contact and order details and a short description of the fault. A WANT UK Staff member will get back to you asap.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear and consumable items.
Postage back to use will not be refunded however in the case of a replacement, repair or exchange postage back to you will be free.
WANT Website security
In the WANT website, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) on areas of the site where you are entering personal or payment information. This means that this information is encrypted between your computer and ours, and no one else can normally decipher it.
Our encryption is the strongest commercially available - 128K - and is approved by the authorities and financial institutions.
We believe that shopping online with WANT with our carefully thought-out procedures is as safe or maybe even safer than using your credit card in an actual shop or restaurant. If you have any questions about security at WANT please email them to want@want-uk.com.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all the listed prices include UK VAT or Value added Tax of 15%. Everyone in Europe must pay this Tax only, and are not liable for any other form of tax or import duty. Persons outside Europe don't have to pay this tax and so the price is reduced by 15% (mutiplying the total amount by 0.85) but they may be liable for any tax or import duties when the products enter their countries.
What is the price in my own currency?
To find the estimated exchange rate of GBP to your own currency you can use an online converter. Try www.xe.com (Remember if you are outside Europe you can take off the VAT by mutiplying the total amount by 0.85)
Privacy policy
WANT is committed to protecting your privacy. We have taken all the essential measures to make sure that any information you give us, including credit card details, remains private and secure and that your payment and registration information is processed with total confidentiality.
When you place orders or access account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

What information do we gather and what do we do with it?
When you order products, we will collect your name, contact and billing information, transaction and credit card information. We use this information so that we can contact customers if there is a query with their order, for internal record keeping and for marketing purposes. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.
What if you think we have incorrect information, or you would like a copy of the information we hold about you?
You may request details of personal information that we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A fee of £10 will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please write to:
