UK Standard Delivery
How Much Will It Cost?
Orders to be delivered to most UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands and some Islands) using our Standard Delivery option are charged at a flat rate of £0 per order.
Yep thats right! No mistake there and there is no need to rub your eyes. Delivery is absolutely FREE to standard UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands and some Islands) on all of our items.
Standard free delivery is by 2nd class mail and more secure and insured options are available.
Delivery to outlying areas or especially large orders will/may incur additional charges. WANT reserves the right to charge an additional delivery charge for especially heavy orders if necessary. In such a case, you will always be notified for approval before any payment is taken. Insured deliveries will be sent by recorded mail and will require a signature, therefore please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address you choose. The delivering couriers operate Monday to Friday 9 till 6pm and unfortunately we will be unable to arrange for exact time deliveries, morning or afternoon deliveries. If you do have any special request please either include your request in the remarks box in the checkout process or email want@want-uk.com when placing your order. We will try our best to fulfil your needs.
If a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, unsuccessful delivery attempts have been made or is returned to us for whatever reason, there will be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered and cancellations due to this reason will be seen as a 'Change of mind Cancellations' (see 'Terms and Conditions' - WANT's return policy)
How Long Will It Take?
Orders with the standard free delivery are normally processed within 2-3 working days and then dispatched by 2nd class mail on a 3-5 working day delivery service. If the 'Insured delivery' option is chosen, delivery will normally be processed within 2-3 working days and then dispatched by a recorded delivery mail service which will normally take a further 2-5 working days. It is WANT's personal policy and promise to our customers that we will try and send your purchase out in the fastest possible manner.
IMPORTANT! --- Free delivery orders are sent by standard mail and are not guaranteed or insured. In the case of loss or damage of your order due to delivery, free delivery orders will not be refunded, replaced and compensated in anyway. In the case of loss of order, a proof or certificate of posting will be produced by us as evidence that we have posted out your order but we will not be responsible in anyway for what happens during postage. Refunds, replacements and compensation will not be entertained.
'Insured delivery' is highly recommended for ALL orders. For only £1.00 extra, we will send your order by a recorded service (signature at destination is required) and your order is guaranteed and insured. In the case of loss or damage, once established, replacements will be arranged.
Our checkout process is automatic but please note that all actual order processing is not automatic. For the sake and to further enhance security, all orders are processed manually. This ensures that no money is taken from you unless your goods are ready for delivery, this also enables us to pursue suspicious transactions and prevent credit card fraud.

UK Express Delivery

Orders to be delivered to a UK mainland address using our Express Delivery option are charged at a higher rate dependent on the volume and weight of the order. Express Delivery charges start from £6.50 per order. Most deliveries will require a signature, therefore please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address you choose. The delivering couriers operate Monday to Friday 9 till 6pm and unfortunately we will be unable to arrange for exact time deliveries, morning or afternoon deliveries. If you do have any special request please either include your request in the remarks box in the checkout process or email want@want-uk.com before placing your order. We will try our best to fulfil your needs.

We aim to process Express orders within 1 working day and they are then dispatched on a next working day delivery service. Express orders are given priority over orders with Standard delivery. The cost of international shipping will be according to the volume and weight of your order and the destination country.
How Long Will It Take?
Delivery times will vary according to the delivery network in the country of destination and any customs or import procedures.
Any approximate guide is as follows:
Europe - 4 to 6 working days
USA and Canada - 7 to 10 working days
Far East and Australasia - 12 to 14 working days
Rest of World - up to 28 working days
