These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site.
Please read them carefully.
They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones. It is accepted that once an order is completed that you as the customer has read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions and all related policies.
Our Contract
All submitted orders are accepted as checked and correct by you.
After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered.
We will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). We will then send a second email when we start to process your order. Please note that these e-mails are acknowledgements, not acceptance of your order.
Please note even though our ordering process is automated, all actual transactions are done manually thus even though your order has been submitted, the actual charge will not be taken from your bank account until WANT's sales staff confirm stock availability and manually process your order.
Upon finalising your order and submitting, it is taken as an acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us (WANT and yourself). Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case an e-mail from us will inform you.
We reserve the right to refuse and decline any order for any reason. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details see 'Shipping').
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order, and if for any special circumstance this does not fully cover any special requirements an email will be sent from WANT informing you of the full details.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. This will obviously be suggested and will only be substituted when agreed by yourself.
Non- Availabilities and Substitutions will cause a delay to the order.
IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the product(s) to you. We will contact you where we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Electron via Paypal Checkout. Payment is deducted when we process your order. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express, Diners Club and Solo cards. Please ensure that you are the owner of the card you are using or have express permission to use it.
We accept PAYPAL!
PayPal is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online. If you already have a Paypal account, then simply log in and follow the instructions to complete your transaction. If you do not have a Paypal account you can register for one completely FREE at http://www.paypal.co.uk or if you choose to pay by credit or debit card simply choose the 'Continue' link on the lower left hand side (close to where all the small logos of the accepted credit and debit cards are) of the Paypal secure payment gateway page (also known as the Paypal Login page). This will bring you to the payment page where you can securely and safely enter your payment details to complete the transaction. Upon completion and payment of your order, you will receive confirmation emails from both WANT and Paypal with the details to your order. Please note that your order will only be processed for delivery once full payment has cleared.
International Orders
We ship to pretty much aywhere in the world! For international orders it is recommended that you email us your order at want@want-uk.com and we will quote you for the shipping which is additional, once accepted we will then send you a paypal invoice for the total. You can also place the order as per normal and the choose the 'international shipping' option and complete check out as per normal. We will then price up your shipping cost and Paypal invoice you seperately for the international shipping charges.
Age Requirements
If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.
Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver any goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire explosion or accident.
WANT's Return Policy
*Please note that all postage of any item for whatever reason sent back to us will NOT be refunded, however in the case of faulty products, damaged products or any situation that requires a replacement, postage back to you will be covered by us. This does not apply if you simply want to return a product to be exchanged for another. In this case postage must be paid by you both ways.
Change of Mind Cancellations
You can return your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days following the day you receive the goods by:
--- e-mailing us at want@want-uk.com if you ordered a product online. (subject or title line 'Returns') Please include your full contact details and details of the return.
For change of mind cancellations and returns, a re stocking fee of 20% of the original product price will be charged. Postage will not be refunded.
Postage back to us will not be covered.
Refunds will only be made after purchase is returned to us.
Your returned product must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used in any way. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
For all returns, a collection from you can be arranged at an extra charge.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
--- if you have used the product in any way.
--- any irreplaceable seal has been broken
--- the goods were a special order to your specification or specially ordered for you.
Whilst the goods are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
Faulty Goods
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product within 5 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange and offer a replacement. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
--- in otherwise 'as new' condition
--- complete with the original box and packaging, accessories and any free gifts offered with it.
As soon as a manufacturing fault is encountered please do not attempt any self-repair, stop use and immediately contact us at want@want-uk.com and title the email ' Faulty products'. Please include all contact and order details and a short description of the fault. A WANT UK Staff member will get back to you very shortly.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear and consumable items.
Postage back to use will not be refunded however in the case of a replacement, repair or exchange postage back to you will be free.
Sale items, discount codes, special promotions and prize giveaways
WANT reserves the rights to refuse any discount code, special promotions and prize giveaways if deemed necessary for whatever reason.
Discount codes can only be used before the valid from dates provided and can only be used on non sale and non special promotion items. Discount codes and special promotions do not apply to shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Discount codes and special promotions can only be used at WANT website http://www.want-uk.com and no where else.
This Website
We, our Group companies and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without our prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. For permission to link to us please email Benny SooTho at want@want-uk.com.
General
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy Policy. (see 'FAQ')
Items sold on this website are intended for normal domestic and consumer use and are not intended for resale or commercial use. We reserve the right to refuse access to this website, to remove or edit content, or to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you, and we will reimburse any payment made by you.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, pre-release orders and specified offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the WANT UK website. Any other websites to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
